About Ms. Bubbles
Where clean dogs and happy hearts come together.
Our Story
Ms. Bubbles Dog Wash started with a beagle named Lucy.
In November 2024, we began caring for Lucy, Chris’s mother’s beagle. By August 2025, Lucy had officially become part of our family. Around the same time, our daughter moved home with her dog, and suddenly there were a lot more paws—and a lot more baths—in our lives.
Like many dog owners, we wanted an easier way to keep our dogs clean without the mess of bathing them at home. After having difficulty finding convenient grooming options, an idea began to take shape.
While attending a car wash convention, we discovered the concept of a professional self-serve dog wash. It immediately clicked: why not create a clean, comfortable and convenient place where people could wash their dogs themselves, with everything they need right at the station?
That idea became Ms. Bubbles Dog Wash.
Our first location in Lake Hopatcong was designed with real dog owners in mind—from easy-to-use self-serve wash stations and professional-quality products to convenient hours that let you wash your pup when it works for you.
For us, Ms. Bubbles is about more than washing dogs. It's about making one part of life with them a little easier—and maybe a little more fun.
Clean Dogs. Happy Hearts.
Meet the Owners
Lori Catalano & Chris Hayden
Ms. Bubbles Dog Wash is locally owned and operated by Lori Catalano and Chris Hayden. What began as a solution to a problem they experienced as dog owners grew into a business they wanted to bring to their community.
Together, Lori and Chris created Ms. Bubbles with a simple goal: make washing your dog easier, cleaner and more convenient—with a welcoming space designed by dog owners, for dog owners.
We’re excited to welcome you and your pups to the Ms. Bubbles family!
Lucy
The Pup Who Started It All
Lucy is the beagle who inspired Ms. Bubbles. What started with caring for her eventually turned into an idea for making bath time easier for dogs and the people who love them.
Odis
Little Pup. Big Personality.
Odis may be smaller than Lucy, but he brings plenty of personality to the family. Together, Lucy and Odis helped inspire Ms. Bubbles and our goal of creating a comfortable, convenient place where dogs of every size can get clean.
